Pre launch special:
We were inundated with rental requests and had to open
bookings for the Trident even before the Official Worldwide
Media Launch. The Ultimate venue will be unveiled to
the South Africa media, industry and consumers in mid June 2010.
Demand for the
Trident has confirmed this as one of the most exciting
developments in mobile event production. The ultimate
first of its kind venue adds an incredible wow factor
to your message creating hype and excitement for your brand,
function, event or concert.
The prelaunch prices will be for all
bookings made between 23 March 2010 and 24 May 2010.
Bookings can be requested for any dates between 10 June 2010
and 31 Dec 2010. Certain dates are already reserved so act
now and the early bird might still get the worm.
The ultimate venue can be rented in a
variety of different ways. As prelaunch special the basic structure rental is
R78750 plus R15750 setup fee (Ex VAT) for a 3 day
package that will provide you 1,5 setup days, the event and
breakdown. Longer packages will be calculated as a
percentage of the basic rental. We will also provide all the
added services from marquees, furniture, staging, d้cor and setup to
safety, security, food and beverage services plus all
technical and complete event organization. Our structure is
based in Johannesburg and above prices excludes transport
and logistics outside Gauteng and South Africa.

picks of the Trident Peanut's Trial run in China last week.
SA's ultimate venue is now onboard a ship distend to arrive
in early April on SA shores. On arrival the structure
will be subjected to various engineering tests and certified
according to SA safety & disaster management protocols.
